Chả bò cuốn lá lốt béo thơm với những cuộn chả được nướng chín thơm phức. Đặc biệt vị cay nồng của lá lốt, vị béo ngọt của thịt bò và đậm đà của những loại gia vị rất hấp dẫn, khiến bạn càng ăn càng cảm thấy ngon miệng.
Thịt bò, thịt nạc vai và mỡ phần rửa sạch, để ráo nước, băm nhuyễn lẫn với nhau. Hành tím và tỏi khô bóc vỏ, băm nhuyễn. Lá lốt rửa sạch, lau khô. Ướp các loại thịt băm với 1/4 muỗng canh đường, 1/2 muỗng canh nước mắm, 1/2 muỗng canh hạt nêm, 1/2 muỗng canh bột canh, 1/3 muỗng cà phê tiêu và hành tím, tỏi băm khoảng 15 phút cho ngấm.
Trải lá lốt lên đĩa, múc lượng thịt vừa đặt vào giữa lá sau đó cuộn tròn lại như têm trầu. Làm lần lượt đến khi hết chỗ thịt. Phết 1 lớp dầu ăn mỏng ra ngoài vỏ miếng chả sau đó xếp vào kẹp chả nướng trên bếp than hoa. Khi nướng chú ý trở đều tay để không bị cháy.
Có thể đặt vào vỉ nướng bếp điện nhưng phải chú ý hẹn giờ và theo dõi để không bị cháy. Chả chín, xếp ra đĩa, rắc thêm chút đậu phộng rang giã nhỏ nếu muốn, ăn nóng rất ngon.
