Salad tôm trộn rau quả là sự hội tụ khá đầy đủ các nguyên liệu rau xanh giòn mát, thường xuất hiện trong thực đơn ăn kiêng của nhiều chị em. Thời gian sơ chế nguyên liệu nhanh gọn, kèm theo cách pha chế chén nước sốt chua ngọt trộn salad hấp dẫn nữa là không chê vào đâu được nhé.
Nhặt sạch bắp cải tím và rau xà lách frise rửa sạch, cắt nhỏ vừa ăn. Rửa sạch cà chua bi và trái tắc vàng, chẻ làm 4. Cắt nhỏ bông cải xanh và măng tây, chần sơ qua nước sôi (cho chút dầu ăn và muối) khoảng 1-2 phút thì vớt ra để ráo.
Rửa kiều mạch với nước cho sạch rồi cho vào nồi, đổ ngập nước, đun sôi khoảng 12-15 phút ở lửa vừa rồi vớt ra để riêng. Rửa sạch tôm tươi, luộc tôm 3-5 phút cho tôm chín rồi vớt ra để riêng.
Sắp xếp các loại rau quả đã sơ chế ra đĩa. Làm nước sốt chua ngọt trộn salad: Nước cốt 1 trái chanh vàng, 1/3 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng canh mật ong, ít giấm táo, 1 muỗng canh dầu ô liu, khuấy đều cho tan gia vị rồi rưới lên đĩa salad nhé.
