Khô mực nướng sơ rồi xé sợi vừa ăn.

Bắc chảo lên bếp, cho dầu vào cùng với 1 muỗng cà phê ớt bột, khi dầu trong chảo sôi lên thì tắt bếp, thêm 80g tương ớt vào đảo đều rồi trút ra chén.

Bắc lại chảo lên bếp, cho 100 ml nước cùng 3 muỗng canh đường vào nấu cho tan đường sau đó cho mực xé vào cùng hỗn hợp tương ớt đã nấu ở trên và 1 muỗng cà phê nước mắm. Bật lửa thật nhỏ rim mực cho tới khi nước sệt lại thì tắt bếp.
