1,5 year ago i was 122 kg and now i am 85 and yes this is fuckin true that u start feel yourself much and much better. Also u have no problem with clothe. And yes there is no big bones i was just a lazy fat fuck, but i change myself.

I'd say that looks are not important at all. I've lost weight twice. Few years back i've lost over 30 kg, thinking that I would look better, and people will percieve me differently and woman would throw themselves at me. None of that happened and I've gained it all back, even more than I've lost. Two years ago I wanted to loose weight again because I remember'd how I've felt, how much energy I had and will to do and experience thing. This time i've lost 43 kg, and keeping it for 1,5 yr now. I don't feel like going back ever again. Do it for yourself, not for others. That's the only way.

If you were this obese you could not get in shape as the figures suggest, you would rather have a lot of extra skin (unless you lose the weight super slowly). However, it's still worth it!
