Beyond Meat, The Beyond Burger, 0.5 lb

  • Plant-based burger patties
  • 20g of plant protein per serving
  • No GMOs, soy or gluten
  • 100% vegan
  • Two - 1/4 lb patties

Let me start by saying I’m not vegan, I’m not even vegetarian though I will throughout the year start phasing meat out of my diet for a few months. I’ve tried almost every meatless burger in the market and for various reasons, was never satisfied..until I tried the Beyond Burger at Wholefoods “burger station.” It basically looks and tastes closest to a medium cooked beef burger. My mouth was pleasantly surprised and my taste buds were tricked into thinking it was eating a beef burger. I ate the entire thing before running all over the store in search of it to buy a few packages to make at home.

i was so happy to finally get to try these burgers. they look just like fresh meat, including the "blood" which is beet juice. i hate beets, but you can't taste them in this burger. it was so nice to have something fresh instead of frozen

I am not vegan but my husband has been cutting red meat out of his diet so I thought of trying those. Now, I've been following the journey of that company that I found very interesting since 2 years and was always intrigued but their packages online were quite expensive, enough to demotivate us from just trying. Last week they reported that Leonardo Di Caprio decided to invest in their company and when I saw those burgers for less than 6$ on Amazon fresh I couldn't not try! Well let me tell you, I love my meat medium rare, more rare than medium, I'm a meat lover, and I could definitely give up beef hamburgers for those. I am a bit sceptical on the amount of soy or other non organic ingredients contained but as a vegan friend said "It's probably still better than eating red meat" so yes, I highly recommend those!

Blew my boyfriend away with these burgers. Pair with chao cheese. They are so easy and delicious. The fact that vegan cooking is time consuming is not lost on me. But these take 6 minutes (3 mons per side) if they are thawed. I waited when they were out of stock and bought two packs when they were available. I came back to order more and they are out of stock again. But I will always stock up when I see them from now on!!

I am so impressed by the flavor of these! I haven't eaten meat for 15 years and these freaked me out at first but once I cooked them, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Don't let the look of raw hamburger scare you off.

My family loves these burgers. My son said he could not tell these were plant based because they were so juicy and flavorful. Amazing with the Chao pepper cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and chipotle mayo. I have purchased theses 6 times and have been satisfied with each purchase.

So delicious (and I'm a meat-eater). It's amazing that all our friends can't even tell that it's not meat. This is the one to get if you are truly retrying to replicate the taste of a beef burger.

Absolutely the BEST vegan burger I've tried. We are very new to veganism, and a big burger eating family. The whole family enjoyed these, and helped us know that WE CAN DO THIS!! I love that they're soy free also, as ALMOST every vegan meat substitute is made mostly of soy, which we want to avoid, because it's not a healthy option.

I could seriously eat this everyday. I'm a HUGE burger lover and I could barely tell this wasn't even meat. I'm so happy i found a plant based alternative and my husband is too! This is a new staple in our household!!

These are by far the best veggie burgers I have had. Better than any restaurant anywhere, and I've been vegan for years now so I've had veggie burgers from LA to London. They are not organic, which I don't love, but I have to live a little and my husband and I reallllly enjoy these so we've made an exception because usually we only eat organic food. **NOTE TO BEYOND MEAT: I would happily pay double for organic, so please hurry and get us an organic option pretty please**** Full disclosure, they do have a very faint odor that is a bit odd, but if you can get over it and just cook these in a cast iron skillet with a little oil until they're nice and caramelized you will be SO happy 😊 I put these on a brioche bun with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo and Chao vegan cheese (which is also incredible) 😋 So good. We have even successfully served these to dinner guests who aren't vegan and they raved about them and usually want to know where to get them. Try them. The amount of good you can do for the planet eating just one vegan meal is a great place to start.
